PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

  • To provide comprehensive organisation, culture & leadership development and change management solutions to support and optimise the strategic direction of PEP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Content Design and Development
  • Coordination, Facilitation and Implementation of OD Initiatives
  • Monitoring and evaluation of OD interventions (before, during and after)
  • Design and Implement culture and leadership development, as well as team development interventions
  • Facilitation of  Change Management interventions
  • Budgeting and Reporting
  • Coaching and Team Building
  • Relationship Management
  • Ad hoc responsibilities

Requirements

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS 

  • Degree in Organisational and Industrial  Psychology / Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 3 years experience  in Organisational Development / Learning & Development
  • Knowledge in company culture, employee engagement and change management
  • Proficient in GSuite
  • Facilitation /Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of surveys
  • Knowledge of the development of team interventions applying appropriate methodologies
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies (incl. facilitation; questioning skills; simulations, online, role play, etc.)
  • Competencies: Planning, Presenting, Listening skills, Organisational sensitivity, Initiative, Service-oriented, Analysing and forming opinions, Helicopter view
