- Conducting cold calls to potential clients.
- Managing client interactions and processes in accordance with company procedures.

- Analyzing clients’ financial circumstances, including credit scores and budgets, to offer suitable debt management solutions.
- Providing consultative guidance to clients on managing their debt effectively.

- Previous outbound call center experience is beneficial.
