  • Analyzing clients’ financial circumstances, including credit scores and budgets, to offer suitable debt management solutions.

  • Clear ITC (credit) and criminal record.
  • Previous experience in debt review is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous outbound call center experience is beneficial.
