About the Role
This high-RPM role focuses on the optimization of digital advertising spend by managing complex performance data and audience segments. Leveraging Salesforce for customer lifecycle integration and HubSpot for campaign analytics, the analyst ensures 100% compliance with brand performance KPIs. Their work reduces operational risk through accurate budget forecasting and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance the ROI of global media investments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media channels.
- Manage campaign builds, pacing, troubleshooting, and budget delivery.
- Track campaign performance and produce clear, actionable reports.
- Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SA360, Skai) to identify insights and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated paid media solutions.
- Support client relationships with strong communication, insights, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in at least one Paid Media discipline (Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media).
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360, Amazon Ad Console/DSP, or equivalent DSPs (The Trade Desk)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign delivery.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable solving problems independently.
- Curious, data-driven, and eager to learn across multiple paid media channels.
Career Growth & Education
A degree in Marketing, Finance, or Mathematics is the preferred academic foundation, with career growth leading to Head of Paid Media or Growth Director roles. Professionals can advance by mastering programmatic advertising and obtaining certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.
