Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, activate and optimise paid media campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media channels.
  • Manage campaign builds, pacing, troubleshooting, and budget delivery.
  • Track campaign performance and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., GA4, SA360, Skai) to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated paid media solutions.
  • Support client relationships with strong communication, insights, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in at least one Paid Media discipline (Search, Social, Programmatic, or Retail Media).
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360, Amazon Ad Console/DSP, or equivalent DSPs (The Trade Desk)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
  • Experience managing budgets and monitoring campaign delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable solving problems independently.
  • Curious, data-driven, and eager to learn across multiple paid media channels.
