Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of aligning reseller opportunities to distributors, specifically within the South African market.
  • Extensive experience in business development and relationship management within the distribution and reseller channels.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and increasing opportunities to maximize sales within the channel.
  • Strong ability in sales forecasting and strategic planning, particularly on a quarterly basis.
  • Experience in facilitating training and product knowledge sessions for sales teams and partners.
  • Proficient in implementing, executing, and tracking sales targets and marketing activities per quarter.
  • Ability to assist resellers with aligning the correct products to client requests, including competitive pricing strategies.
  • Skilled in leading, motivating, coaching, and developing sales teams, with experience in managing the Lenovo SMB product portfolio.
