What you’ll do:

The required resource will be accountable to achieve the following objectives:

  • Implementation Planning and coordination with relevant teams.
  • Develop a detailed project plan outlining milestones, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Oversee the migration of existing contracts to the new system.
  • Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Customization and Configuration – Collaborate with selected vendor to customize the contract system based on legal team needs. Configure user access permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Document Management -Review and organize contracts within the system, ensuring they are correctly categorized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a Clause library and Playbooks for various contracts.
  • Training – Develop training materials and user guides and conduct training sessions to familiarize users with the new system.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance – Participate and execute thorough testing to identify and resolve any system issues before full deployment.
  • User Support and Issue Resolution – Provide continuous support for staff using the new system.
  • Monitoring and Reporting – Monitor system performance and address any emerging issues.
  • Generate regular reports on the effectiveness and efficiency of the contract management system.
  • Establish a feedback loop for continuous improvement based on user input.

Your expertise:

Minimum of 5 years working experience in the following areas:

  • Experience managing a contract management software
  • Commercial/Corporate experience in a large local law firm or an international law firm or in-house legal or relevant international company
  • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
  • Experience in telecom environment or ICT/wholesale environment.
  • Experience in reviewing transactions involving the procurement, development, licensing and support of technology products and services, and intellectual property.

Qualifications required:

  • 3 – 4 Year degree in Law (Bachelor of Laws) or relevant Undergraduate degree
  • Master of Laws or relevant Master’s degree is advantageous
