Key tasks of this role:
- Onboarding new partners within the region
- Building pipeline and full account management with partners
- Implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Meeting partners and their customers to mediate concerns/disputes
- Communicating with partners and understand and listening to their questions, concerns and suggestions
- Analyzing sales data and determining the most effective sales approach
- Improving customer relationships through meetings or promotional events
- Promoting effective sales methods
- Reviewing market data and competing business numbers to address sales challenges
- Submitting reports to Cloudmania Lead in a timely manner.
- Discovering new sales opportunities
- Briefing prospective customers about services/products
- Preparing and presenting updated sales reports to executives
- Share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities
- Hold regular meetings and reviews with partners to manage customer and partner activity, risks, and growth opportunities
- Manage the account receivables
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Technical and commercial experience with various cloud offerings (Azure, Microsoft Modern Workplace, Google, AWS, etc).
- Suitable cloud certifications (at least MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, AI-900, Google Cloud Digital Leader, etc)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
Qualifications Required:
- MS-900 / AZ-900 Desirable
- Google Cloud Digital Leader Essential
- Acronis Certification Desirable
- AI Fundamentals Desirable
- Cyber Security Fundamentals Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years’ experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience Essential
Experience Required:
- Experience in General Sales (5 – 7 Years) Essential
- Experience in Google Cloud and Workspace Sales (3 – 5 Years) Essential
- Software/ICT market experience (cloud preferred) (5 – 7 Years) Essential
- Experience in Cyber Security Sales (3 – 5 Years) Essential
- Driving aggressive growth strategies (Proven) (3 – 5 Years) Essential
