What you’ll do
Partnerships:
- Create and manage SLA agreements with partners
- Monitor SLAs of partners and hold them accountable where necessary
- Research/expand potential new partnerships to either improve existing services or develop new services that benefit the organisation’s objectives
- Escalate any outstanding operational issues with partnerships
- Ensure quality assurance of delivery of partners
- Project manage any deployment of partnerships and/or partner projects
- Take ownership of the build/maintenance of process documentation related to partnerships
- Update reports on the health of partnerships and their meeting of targets
- Develop potential new CSI partnerships that align with the company values and objectives
Procurement:
- Solely responsible for the end-to-end procurement process in its entirety, and the executives involved in each step of the process
- Keep a strong relationship with finance to update them when needed (PO sign-off, Invoicing, approval, payment, and proof of deliveries)
- Forecast potential needs for upcoming growth and maintenance both for the programs the company implement and the needs of staff
- Research potential sources for procurement and new strategies that may be more cost-effective
- Manage and develop relationships with procurement suppliers
- Project manage delivery timelines with suppliers
- Ensure the asset management team has enough stock to perform their duties
- Perform risk assessment on procurement planning and prepare reports on budget/resource planning
- Support direct operations and the rest of the organisation with procurement to meet their needs
- Develop supply chain process documentation
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms
Monthly key performance metrics:
- Cost savings per budget
- Timeous procurement
- Performance of partners linked to SLAs
- Quality of procurement
- Successful onboarding of partners
What you’ll need
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a lead or manager role with partnership management and procurement
- Experience in managing multiple partners simultaneously across various industries
- Experience tech procurement advantageous
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and experience with G-suite advantageous
- Experience in supply chain management is a must
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Proven work experience in project management and planning/forecasting organisation needs
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects across multiple provinces
- Strong Information Technology knowledge and ability to learn and apply new technologies and skills
- Strong knowledge of administrative effectiveness and operations management
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
- Full Covid-19 vaccination status
