Parts Manager -Automotive/Premium Vehicles Job at MPRTC Recruitment

• Manage the dealership’s Parts Department, overseeing stock control, procurement, sales, financial performance and customer service while en[suring compliance with manufacturer standards.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 5 years’ automotive parts experience at a franchised dealership
• At least 3 years’ experience managing a parts department and team
• Proven experience in stock control, stocktakes, ageing and obsolete stock management
• Experience managing departmental budgets, sales targets and gross profit
• Working knowledge of dealer management systems such as CDK, Autoline or Kerridge
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Valid driver’s licence
• Experience with JLR or other premium automotive brands advantageous
• Knowledge of OEM warranty procedures and audit requirements advantageous
• Trade and wholesale parts sales experience advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership and customer service skills
• High attention to detail, integrity and ability to perform under pressure
