Job Description
- Motus MULTIFRANCHISE ISUZU & RENAULT ZAMBEZI (PRETORIA NORTH) has an opportunity available for a PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to support retail and workshop customers within a busy dealership parts department.
- A basic salary and commission structure is being offered for this role, and it can be a lucrative career for a driven sales person with a track record of successful target achievement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parts enquiries (counter and telephonic).
- Identify and supply correct parts using electronic catalogues.
- Generate quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Manage back orders and follow up with customers.
- Support workshop and retail sales requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and stock control processes.
- Achieve monthly sales and GP targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive parts sales.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and parts catalogue experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Career Growth & Education
A National Senior Certificate and specialized knowledge of automotive parts are required foundations for this commercial track.
