Job Description

  • Motus MULTIFRANCHISE ISUZU & RENAULT ZAMBEZI (PRETORIA NORTH) has an opportunity available for a PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE. We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to support retail and workshop customers within a busy dealership parts department.
  • A basic salary and commission structure is being offered for this role, and it can be a lucrative career for a driven sales person with a track record of successful target achievement. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with parts enquiries (counter and telephonic).
  • Identify and supply correct parts using electronic catalogues.
  • Generate quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
  • Manage back orders and follow up with customers.
  • Support workshop and retail sales requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and stock control processes.
  • Achieve monthly sales and GP targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive parts sales.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and parts catalogue experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Career Growth & Education

A National Senior Certificate and specialized knowledge of automotive parts are required foundations for this commercial track. Professionals can advance to Parts Manager or Aftersales Director roles by mastering digital retail analytics and supply chain metrics.
