Parts Warehouse Assistant X2 Global Grade 04 needed at Barloworld Equipment

Key Outputs

• Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded.
• Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards
• Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOPs.
• Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards i.e. maintain parts stock, reduce stock losses/damages, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning, etc.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Assist with Warehouse related duties in the Parts department

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12
• Understanding warehouse processes and procedure
• Forklift License – Will be advantageous.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Customer Service Orientation
• Good communication skills
• Be able to work independently and process compliance orientation
• Ability to follow instructions 100%
• Teamwork; literate, attention to detail; numeric accuracy
• Computer literacy
• Relevant Troubleshooting capability, Basic knowledge of parts
• Will be required to work on Shifts and Standbys.
