Job Description

  • The successful candidate must be able to function well in a diverse team. This person must be able to multitask, prioritise and be able to work under pressure.

Duties and responsibilities for the first semester:

  • Facilitate induction
  • Manage Payroll counter
  • Manage Payroll telephone
  • Terminate employee’s records – resignations
  • Finalise resignation packs
  • Update and maintain employee records
  • General admin duties

Duties and responsibilities for the second semester:

  • Scanning and filing
  • Quality checking
  • Checking and signing off the documents from HR and other department
  • Capturing of staff information
  • Update and maintain employee’s record
  • Assist with creating payroll imports
  • UIF application forms and communication
  • Ad hoc payroll duties
  • General admin duties

  • Strong administrative skills

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • BA in business administration or BCom in Human Resources or similar relevant field

Experience:

  • MS Office – Advance MS Excel (advantageous)
  • Exposure to Payroll environment (advantageous)
