What You’ll Do For The Brand:
Integration Support:
- Support Payroll Specialist with investigating and resolving queries and errors. Ensuring that all resolutions and changes are supported by approved and correct documentation.
- Daily Managing of data relating to new engagements, terminations and movement notifications.
- Identifying trends with the types of errors and number of errors per company.
- Communicate errors in data to relevant stakeholders for timeous resolution.
Data Support:
- Support Payroll Specialist (Projects and Reporting) with data match queries and resolution. Ensuring that all resolutions and changes are supported by approved and correct documentation.
- Manual intervention on updating of master data where required.
- Monthly data clean ups to be completed accurately and timeously through data comparisons and daily tasks.
- Data related system administration and configuration as required.
Project support:
- Responsible for department projects as when required.
Reporting:
- Responsible for department Adhoc reporting as when required.
System Integration Support:
- Ensuring all integration errors are timeously fixed by liaising with IT & external System providers.
- All integration errors, quality issues or deadlines not met are logged onto the Payroll Improvement Log on MS Teams and to follow through with resolution.
Customer experience
- Apply the internal customer experience payroll training when dealing with your internal customers.
Support Queries
- All internal & External customer queries need to be resolved within the service level agreements.
- Attend to all queries relating to new engagements, terminations, movement, data variances and general support queries.
General:
- Adhere to all Payroll deadlines daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- General admin duties as required.
- General, statistical & Analytical reporting as when required.
- Keep abreast of all changes within the Payroll department.
- Stay current with software functionality changes.
- Additional Adhoc functions may be required.
- Confidentiality of all Payroll information is to be maintained.
