PBU Commercial Manager

  • A strategic Commercial Manager responsible for improving P&L performance, executing long-term business plans, and ensuring alignment across CAM/CAR markets. This role drives excellence in product, pricing, mix, sales performance, and trade marketing, enabling sustainable and profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic planning and commercial execution across CAM/CAR.
  • Improve P&L through optimized product, pricing, mix, and sales/trade marketing strategies.
  • Deploy and monitor the 5-year strategic plan with country alignment.
  • Drive commercial efficiency, automation, and adherence to regional standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Marketing).
  • Monitor performance metrics and escalate risks with proposed solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in multinational environments.
  • Strong expertise in strategic planning, commercial management, and market execution.
  • Proven experience in LATAM markets with multi-country exposure.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
