People Experience Specialist needed at Bolt

Your daily adventures will include:

• Taking ownership of the People Experience helpdesk to process and finalize all relevant queries
• Being the main point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day People Team related queries
• Providing appropriate advice and a great employee experience
• Facilitate the adoption of self-service and informational channels with employees working closely with the People Team to understand the internal processes, culture and values
• Continuously researching new ways to improve the employee experience and speed of resolution
• Reporting on helpdesk queries by keeping identify trends and providing monthly reports

We are looking for:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in HR or related discipline
• Entry level HR related work experience
• Customer service oriented – you love helping others!
• Good written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Good at prioritizing tasks
• You will get extra credits for:
