Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- N6 certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field

Key responsibilities:
- Support recruiters with interview scheduling and coordination
- Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Capture and update candidate information on the recruitment system
- Assist with job adverts, CV screening, and shortlisting support
- Prepare interview packs and follow up on interview feedback
- Support onboarding administration once offers are accepted
- Assist with recruitment reporting and tracking of roles
- Support graduate programmes, recruitment projects, and employer branding activities
