People Manager: Skills Developmentt (JHB East Rand) needed at Smollan

Description
As a People Specialist: Skill Development, you will be responsible for but not limited to: 

• Oversee full Learnership value chain – recruitment; SETA administration; training; assessment; moderation & overall governance and quality assurance
• SETA Liaison
• Financial management pertaining to Learnerships – payroll allocation; invoicing and expense management
• Manage SETA grant claims
• Stakeholder Engagement and Management|

Requirements
What are we looking for? 

To qualify for this role, you should have

• 3-5 years L&D experience within the SETA and Learnership landscape.
• Experienced in the management of learnership and qualification related programmes||Essential. In depth understanding of Skills Development Legislation and Regulation
• ODETDP or SDF qualification. Assessor/Moderator certification will be an advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong programme and project management skills
• Planning & prioritisation
• Communication skills (verbal & written)
