Overview

• A remote opportunity is available for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fast-growing, high-performance marketing team. This role combines strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and team leadership. You’ll manage performance marketing across multiple clients, support and mentor specialists, and drive processes that improve efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients
• Lead and mentor performance marketing specialists
• Plan, manage, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Online Video, and Display
• Act as a senior client advisor, leading strategy discussions and presenting performance insights
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting that demonstrates measurable business impact
• Drive process improvement through tools, templates, and scalable workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance-focused delivery
• Stay ahead of industry trends and test innovative performance marketing tactics

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and Paid Search (Google Ads)
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics and Looker Studio
• Track record of delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with emerging ad platforms (e.g. Pinterest, Reddit)
• Exposure to programmatic advertising or broader media planning
• Understanding of SEO and related digital performance disciplines
• Experience creating training or process documentation
