• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Computer literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written. Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.

• Implementation of Human Resource Administration Practices: Recruitment and Selection (Advertisements, Appointments, Transfers, Verification of qualifications, Secretariat functions during the shortlisting and interviews, Absorptions and probationary periods. Implement Conditions of Services (Leave, Housing, Medical Aid, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension, Allowances, PILLIR. Performance Management. Termination of Service.
