• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Computer literacy. Good interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written. Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles. Willing to work under pressure.

Implement Conditions of Services (Leave, Housing, Medical Aid, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime, Relocation, Pension, Allowances, PILLIR. Performance Management. Termination of Service.
