Description

  • Ecowize is seeking Pest and Hygiene Lead Generator for a Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months), to identifies, research, and contacts potential commercial and residential clients through various channels to secure appointments for the sales team. 
  • Key responsibilities include developing lead generation strategies, using CRM software, qualifying leads via phone and email, and collaborating with sales and marketing to ensure a consistent flow of qualified prospects for the company’s pest control and hygiene services. 

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus – To generate and qualify sales leads by identifying potential customers for the company’s pest and hygiene services.
  • Sales and Marketing – To build a robust sales pipeline to support business growth and meet company objectives.   
  • Data and Analytics – To support the sales team by setting up appointments and providing them with qualified prospects. 

Requirements

  • Contact and qualify leads through engaging conversations to assess their needs and determine if they are a good fit for the company’s services. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a professional representative of the company to all prospects. 
  • Implement strategies to generate leads through phone calls, email marketing, social media, and other outreach methods. 
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and provide valuable market insights. 
  • To generate and qualify sales leads by identifying potential customers for the company’s pest and hygiene services.
  • To build a robust sales pipeline to support business growth and meet company objectives.
  • To support the sales team by setting up appointments and providing them with qualified prospects.
  • Conduct thorough research on online platforms, databases, and industry events to identify businesses and individuals matching the desired customer profile. 
  • Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of leads and prospects for future follow-up and campaigns.
  • Analyze lead generation campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to provide insights to management. 

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (This is an Entry Level Position)
  • Verbal Skills for Telemarketing Communication
  • Sales Experience
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Able to speak more than 1 language.
  • Entry level proficiency in Excel

The successful incumbent will have the following skillset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition and pique prospect interest
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other digital tools for lead tracking and management. 
  • Ability to analyze data from campaigns to identify successful strategies and refine future efforts. 
  • The ability to handle rejection and consistently pursue leads to achieve goals. 
  • Basic understanding of pest control and hygiene services to effectively communicate with prospects. 
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
