MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in feed mill and/ or piggery management
- Experience in staff management
- Code 08 licence
- Ability to speak Zulu would be advantageous
- Basic mechanical knowledge needed
- Basic computer skills needed
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Making sure feed mill operates effectively and standard operating procedures are followed
- Quality control of raw materials and finished feed
- Inbound raw material logistics and outbound finished feed logistics
- Stock control of raw materials
- Lead a team of staff working in the feed mill
- Fill an assistant manager position in a grower section of a piggery which includes the management of animal health, feeding and staff management
