 Key Outputs

•  Planning of all requirements for Service letters and PIP’s
•  Communication with vendors of securing of goods and services
•  Timekeeping of workforce
•  Receiving orders & invoicing to customers
•  Assist with the achievement of KPI’s
•  Ability to apply warranty policies and procedures
•  Resolve internal and external customer queries
•  Effective self-management
•  Managing the WIP, work order closing and work order history

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

•  Trade certificate (Diesel or Heavy Earthmoving Mechanic)
•  2 years technical experience
•  Computer literate (MS Office)
•  SAP knowledge advantageous
•  Good communication skills and customer relations
•  Must be a Team player and be willing to work overtime
