THE JOB AT A GLANCE
:

  • Contract Duration: Fixed Term Contract / 6 Months

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Key Attributes and Competencies

Inventory Management

  • Ensure all 3rd parties are notified of the dates of stock counts and deadlines of when completed counts should be sent back.
  • Ensure all counts are sent submitted on or before deadline date.
  • Timeously resolving all materials variances issues.
  • Conducting stock counts a various 3rd parties.
  • Conducting preliminary stock variance report, request second and third counts when required.
  • Capturing stock counts.
  • Filing all stock count related document.
  • Ensuring all system transaction are completed timeously (InterOrg, Sub-inventory transfer etc)
  • Coordinate and liaise with factory personnel to ensure all raw and packaging materials requested by 3rd parties are prepared, loaded and cleared by securities.
  • Track and flag materials close to expiry with planning team.
  • Ensure timely disposal of expired materials.

Transport

  • Coordinating with 3rd party co-packers, Transport Operator and warehouse on delivery of finished after production.
  • Monitor deliver schedules and that all deliveries are made on time.
  • Arranging for all stock which is less than full truck loads is co-loaded with other Tiger Business Units.

Receiving stock

  • Verify that PODs match stock received.
  • Arrange for stock to be receipted on system.
  • Prepare batches for raw and packaging material consumption.
  • Collect and verify that completions are printed correctly, submit to security managers.
  • Resolve issues relating to generation of completion stickers

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Experience & Qualifications

  • Function – 3+ years experience in Core areas
  • Industry –  Experience in FMCG industry desirable
  • Qualification – National Diploma / B.Com (Transport / Logistics / Supply Chain)
