RESPONSIBILITIES

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

  • Lead Supply Planning, Warehouse, Distribution & Customer Service activities, processes, people and financial requirements in order to achieve strategic vision and business objectives for MEA Cluster
  • Ensures Supply Alignment to the Demand Plan to deliver the business plan at optimum cost.
  • Use data insights from the S&OP process to deliver to our customers the right product, at the right time, at the right place, with the right quality, at the right cost.
  • Generates an environment of contribution and debate across the Cluster and between functions.
  • Manages key internal and external stakeholders is a primary driver and challenge of the role along with driving leadership and vision to the team.
  • Commit to the mission and motivation to combine the team’s energy and expertise to achieve a common objective, understand the dynamics of effective teamwork in order to attain higher levels of team performance.
  • Anticipate needs and responds to them as per defined process.
  • Respect the regulations associated the Supply Chain activities (excise, importations, certifications etc.)
  • Development of a centre-led product supply function across the Cluster.
  • Collaborate with customers to improve performance and customer service levels and continuously sharing with peers across the region.
  • Lead delivery Warehouse & Distribution Strategy to reduce inventory days and logistics costs
  • Manages 3PL Relationship including Monthly Performance & Continuous Improvement on Customer Service & Cost
  • Manages Co-Pack Relationship including Monthly Performance & Continuous Improvement on Customer Service & Cost
  • Support and mentor the Cluster team to ensure continuous improvement regarding KPI’s.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy

  • Strong experience and knowledge across Supply Planning, Co-packing, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service & Customs requirements.
  • Experience in manufacturing is an advantage; E2E Supply Chain knowledge is a must
  • Experience working in a global organisation, balancing local & global needs is advantageous
  • Managed change in a distribution or industrial supply chain organization where knowledge of international trading practices and global tax principles is vital to success.
  • Communication: Structures and presents technical data in a clear and logical format. Fluent in English
  • Excellent general IT literacy
  • High learning agility, adaptability, and track record of exceptional results
  • Results oriented, change agent with analytical skills.
  • Determination to succeed in a new environment whilst building sustainable relations with own team and customers
  • Strong leadership qualities who is influential with strong negotiation skills
  • An expert verbal and written communicator who is organized & confident
  • Analytical, well-structured problem analysis approach.
