Description
Requirements
- Process building development applications
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
- Liaise with external and internal parties
- Perform administrative duties.
Key Performance Areas
- A relevant three-year tertiary qualification in any built environment discipline
- Minimum two (2) years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of the implementation of National Building Regulations and SABS Code regulations and requirements
- Professional registration with a recognised Built Environment Council will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- A Valid Code B driver’s licence.
