Job Summary
The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall management, operations, and maintenance of the water treatment plant(s) within the designated area.
Experience, Qualifications & Functional Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng or BTech) in Chemical Engineering (Preference given to Chemical Engineering qualification; Civil and Mechanical considered based on relevant experience).
- 3-5 years’ experience in advanced water treatment.
- Experience in RO, UF, Precipitation, Clarification advantageous.
- Previous staff management experience advantageous.
- Understanding of plant health and water treatment asset management.
- Strong management experience with a proven track record of satisfactory performance.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, database management, PowerPoint, and email.
- Client management skills.
