The Plant Quality Manager provides strategic oversight of food safety and quality assurance protocols to protect brand integrity and consumer health. Utilizing SAP for quality management and Oracle for data tracking, this leader ensures compliance with international standards such as ISO and HACCP. Their role is pivotal in mitigating operational risk through rigorous auditing and continuous process improvement in a high-volume production environment.

About you
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.
- Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or other relevant qualification.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within quality and food safety in a FMCG environment, minimum 5 years leadership/management experience.
- Must have working experience in a food processing & manufacturing environment including laboratory management, quality control, quality assurance, auditing.
- Excellent knowledge of the applicable quality & food safety systems (ISO, FSCC 22000, PRP’s, HACCP, GMP, etc.) and the application thereof.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and writing skills

A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering is the foundation, complemented by advanced certifications in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
