- Plus 5 years chemical Production working experience

Duties
Cost Effective Operations.
- Oversee the production process in it whole entirety.
- Ensure that planning and organizing of production schedules is in line with business directive and is happening in a cost effective way.
- Maintains physical condition of production environment by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Prevented/mitigated operational risk in area of responsibility
- Safeguards production operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Enforce compliance to all relevant ISO requirements, company policies and procedures and all legal requirements pertaining to the industry
Site-relevant conducive client relations
- Completes production operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains production staff by training employees.
- Maintains production staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Ensure a good relationship is maintained with Maintenance teams and coordinate the required and routine maintenance of the production environment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Enabled site operations delivering quality products and services
- Maintains production operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping principles which will enable a culture of excellence.
