Plumber needed at Quorum Holdings

• The successful candidate will receive valuable exposure to the Property Industry. 

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding and ability to read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems. 
• Cutting, assembling and installing pipes and tubes. 
• Installing and maintaining water supply systems. 
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, fix leaks, replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets and other fixtures. 
• Installing domestic appliances such as washing machines and sinks / basins. 
• Attend to general plumbing issues. 
• Fixing and maintaining of faulty geysers. 
• Implement preventative measures to avoid unnecessary future costs. 
• Conducting of general Maintenance. 
• Managing of budget. 

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and own transport. 
• Well-spoken as you will on occasion deal directly with retail and residential clients / tenants. 
• Valid ID or Passport and work visa.
• Trade Test Certificate (Plumbing).
• Reporting skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dedicated plumber. 
• Ability to work unsupervised. 
• Ability to work after hours and weekends for emergencies. 
• Ability to work with a variety of client / tenant types: Residential, retail, student.
• Attention to detail

• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Proficient in English
