Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Manage the financial operations for multiple property portfolios, ensuring precise financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Process Improvement: Develop, document, and enhance financial processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Transaction Management: Oversee high volumes of transactions, including lease activities, billing, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.
