Job Description
- Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for Presence Manager, which is based in Limpopo.
- To co-ordinate, administrate and implement all trade and consumer promotional and advertising activities as relating to Channel Strategy within the Region.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Output
- Strategic analysis of regional signage assets, budgets expenditure and target market;
- Communicate and implement regional strategic execution business plan in conjunction with the Sales Execution Managers, District Managers, and Presence Co-coordinators and channels;
- Management of all visual representation of Brands in the region to ensure alignment with Channel Strategy Execution of Channel Strategy according to Tiered Channel Plans.
- Liaison with HO Execution Team to ensure alignment with Channel Strategy and Brand Standards.
- Optimized customer service and communication to customers on signage and promotional requirements; Formulated, motivated and controlled expense budget based on new and maintenance work;
- Managed procurement and ordering and distribution of channel specific equipment from agreed catalogue to ensure regional synergy to company goals and scale on all execution elements
- Co-ordination of district based execution resources to maximise regional benefit and strategic execution Enforced safe working environment;
- Ensure conformance to Channel strategies and Coca-Cola presence programme driven by CCBSA HO;
- Develop and maintain customer relations;
- Evaluate the identified branding and presence opportunities in terms of cost and benefit relevant to each outlet determined by Return on investment (ROI) on Tier;
- Evaluate and track performance of promotions according to guidelines per promotion.
- Liaise with regional sales teams as well as Central Office Execution team daily to ensure successful implementation of promotions.
- Apply the Regional promotions investment plan by according to the Channel Strategy.
- Day-to-day promotions and execution budget management.
- Contractors managed and audits conducted of work provided by the contractors; minimize contractors to 2 per region
- Develop and monitor team goals according to Channel Strategy and Execution Guidelines;
- Analysis and reporting on Right Execution Daily and other Key execution measurements and development of plans to insure targets are met.
- Support, Develop, manage and guide team.

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing will be advantageous.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years marketing and sales experience
- Staff Management experience
- Knowledge of signage material and fabrication
- Knowledge of Advertising, signage and merchandising principles
- Knowledge of Sales and Market trends and needs
