Key Challenges

  • Implement standards and workflow processes to manage company pricing and analyze financial impact
  • Conduct annual price reviews, ensuring prices are reviewed and approved according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Conducts  price audits for all customers and advises on discrepancy resolution.
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop methodologies for calculating List Price, Floor Price, and Price Ceiling for various product lines and market segments.
  • Maintain and periodically update the corporate price list.
  • Create reports to track and monitor pricing elasticity across product lines and market segments.
  • Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation to enhance profitability and ensure pricing integrity and accuracy.
  • Evaluate trends to determine customer payment behaviors for high medical value parameters.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to commercial teams in creating target pricing for innovative products.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, finance, operations, legal, and global commercial analytics teams.

Who you are as our ideal candidate:

  • You hold a completed Bachelors in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or similar.
  • You have accumulated at least 3 years experience in finance, costing or similar.
  • Prior experience in Strategic pricing  role is advantageous
  • Note that a drivers license is required for this role.
