Process Cadets Program needed at Anglo American

Job Description:

• The successful Candidates will be afforded an opportunity to enroll in an external 8- month Process Cadet program.
• Our Process Cadet Program is an enrichment program for the community and will enable you to develop skills with on-the-job/core training at Mogalakwena Complex. This Program will enable you to maximize your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference. 
• Qualifications:

Application requirements include the following:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science and English, (Mathematics Literacy will not be considered) or Equivalent
• Must have obtain a pass mark of 40% and above
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
• South African Driver’s license will be advantageous

Additional information:
Cadetship Conditions:

• Must be prepared to work on high-risk, noisy and dusty areas in the Plant
• Work in accordance to work schedule of area and could possibly involve working shifts
• Must be a South African Citizen
• Must pass the relevant psychometric assessment
• Must have a medical certificate of fitness or able to obtain one
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills in English
