Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience working within IT and technology transformation environments
• Strong business process analysis and process engineering experience
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, process modelling, and process optimisation
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Ability to document and analyse current-state and future-state processes
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Candidates with one or more of the following certifications will be highly regarded:

• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
• BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional)
• Business Analysis certifications (FTI, IIBA, CBAP, ECBA)
