Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING
- Grade 12
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1 year administration experience
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Supplier Maintenance
- Rebates
- Supplier Contracts Prices
Product Maintenance
- Listing and de-listing of products
- Monitor and take corrective action on margins.
- Monthly Fuels/Gas Price update
Branch Support
- Petrol Attendant Training (Online)
- Stock Orders
- Promotions
- Claims Queries
Reporting & Admin
- Generate Excel reports from the K8 system, rework the data and import revised data into K8 General administration and ADHOC tasks
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES
- Product Knowledge
- Good time management skills
- Good organising and planning skills
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- COC/ROD
- A valid driver’s licence is essential
