Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Grade 12

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year administration experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Supplier Maintenance

  • Rebates
  • Supplier Contracts   Prices

Product Maintenance

  • Listing and de-listing of products
  • Monitor and take corrective action on margins.
  • Monthly Fuels/Gas Price update

Branch Support

  • Petrol Attendant Training (Online)
  • Stock Orders
  • Promotions
  • Claims Queries

Reporting & Admin

  • Generate Excel reports from the K8 system, rework the data and import revised data into K8   General administration and ADHOC tasks

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

  • Product Knowledge
  • Good time management skills
  • Good organising and planning skills  
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • COC/ROD
  • A valid driver’s licence is essential
