What you’ll do:

  • As a Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of procurement activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic sourcing, supplier management, quality control, demand planning, and inventory management. You will lead the Supply Planning team to collaborate with subcontractors to develop production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. Furthermore, you will promote supplier diversity by engaging with minority-owned and women-owned businesses.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, capacity, and reliability
  • Negotiate contracts and establish long-term partnerships with key suppliers
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain
  • Implement best practices in procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues promptly
  • Identify and assess supply chain risks (e.g., geopolitical, natural disasters)
  • Monitor global events that may impact sourcing operations
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets

What you bring:

  • The ideal Procurement Executive candidate brings a wealth of experience in sourcing, supply chain management or materials management. You have strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost savings. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels. You demonstrate proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is required for this role; however, a Master’s degree would be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven track record working with appliances on either the supplier or manufacturing side
  • Proven experience in sourcing, supply chain, or materials management
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools
