  • Industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Administration Experience

What You’ll Do for The Brand:

Team Coordination and Support:

  • Prioritize the team’s projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the necessary resources are available for smooth operations.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and other departments or stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with external teams.
  • Updating Time and Attendance through Jarison

Scheduling and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage team schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and activities to align with project timelines.
  • Track and manage team resources (equipment, materials, etc.) to support team objectives.

Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and track the progress of ongoing tasks, projects, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to management on team performance, challenges, and achievements.
  • Maintain accurate records of team activities, including attendance, productivity, and resource usage.

Problem-Solving

  • Assist in identifying challenges and obstacles faced by the team and work towards effective solutions.

Process Improvement:

  • Assist in reviewing and improving team workflows and processes.
  • Help implement new systems or practices to increase the team’s efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance overall team performance.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize team files, documents, and other resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as required
