What you’ll do
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to improve and build accounting software features.
- Conduct rigorous testing of new software features before launch, ensuring they function correctly and meet user needs.
- Analyse data and user feedback to identify opportunities to enhance management and reporting tools.
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team to understand common customer challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Implement and refine product development workflows, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
- Utilise data science and engineering principles to improve the accuracy, performance, and usability of our financial software.
- Ensure all product decisions are data-driven, leveraging analytics and insights to drive enhancements.
- Support and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

What you’ll bring with you
- A degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, other Sciences or a related field.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in software development, testing, or data analysis.
- Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights for product improvements.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for improving financial technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
