About the Role:
- The Product Manager II will lead the development and execution of one or more product features. They will create product development plans and represent their features within the cross-functional team, proposing new ideas based on a deep understanding of customer needs. They will prioritize and communicate customer issues and defects for timely resolution and lead demos at program milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Engage regularly with customers to gather insights, understand their needs, and prioritize them to ensure high satisfaction while driving product evolution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to anticipate market changes that may impact the product.
- Collect and analyze data from customer feedback, market analysis, and sales data to inform product strategies and decisions.
- Conduct experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to assess product viability and guide development decisions.
- Address product-related issues independently and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to communicate product requirements, timelines, and support product launches.
- Assist in creating content for customer demos, sales collateral, and training materials.
- Drive the development of product features and prototypes to meet business goals and ensure alignment with agile development methodologies.
- Define and champion the strategic vision for assigned product features, using competitive analysis to drive direction and improve business performance.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of product management experience with a proven track record of leading product features from concept to launch.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, delivering products that meet market demands and drive business impact.
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple product features and initiatives.
- Strong background in analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to guide product decisions.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Diverse experiences and perspectives are valued; a technical background in disciplines such as Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
