About The Role

• The Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving the design, development and delivery of products and services, with a focus on technology-enabled solutions. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on the design, development and delivery of products and services (including collaboration on software development activities). The remaining 20% of the role will involve project management responsibilities to support the effective planning, coordination and execution of delivery.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• Degree-level education in a relevant discipline such as Business, Law, Accountancy, Computer Science, Software Development or a related field (or equivalent 5 plus years professional experience).
• Professional certifications in product delivery, service design or project management (or equivalent 5 plus years professional experience).
• A strong track record of continuous professional development, demonstrating a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies, delivery methodologies and industry best practice.
• Additional qualifications and experience in governance, compliance or regulation would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Service Delivery (c. 80%)

• Lead the development and delivery of new and existing Elemental products and services, ensuring they meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to translate service requirements into deliverable processes, workflows and software specifications.
• Collaborate with software developers and external partners to support the design, development and delivery of new digital solutions and systems.
• Support testing and deployment activities for new services and software solutions.
• Support the development of service frameworks, operational processes, documentation, and training materials.
• Ensure products and services are delivered consistently, efficiently and to a high quality.
• Monitor delivery performance and gather feedback to drive continual improvement.
• Provide subject-matter insight on professional services and compliance requirements to inform solution design.

Project Management (c. 20%)

• Manage end-to-end delivery of development projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, resources and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture clear actions, decisions and next steps along with overseeing governance and reporting arrangements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers as required.

Skills & Experience

• To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience in product development and delivery within professional services, compliance or related sectors (e.g. financial services).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Experience of technology enabled service delivery, digital solutions and workflow tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrable project management experience.
