Product Specialist- CRRT needed at Adcock Ingram

Key Job Outputs:

• To meet sales budgets, implement market strategies and grow existing business.
• To analyse customer base and identify key influential customers.
• To handle and overcome product related objections.
• To manage customer satisfaction and expectations.
• Identify and analyse competitor information; analyse and identify gaps in the market.
• Compile and disseminate territory reports with action plans on identified short comings.
• Help give practitioner training within their therapeutic areas.
• Communicate product specific information and ensure monthly budget is exceeded
• Submit variance reports with expenses
• Conduct In Service Training (IST’S) in hospitals dialysis units
• Arrange CME meetings for the HCP

Submit monthly activity report with following information:

• Days in the field
• Specific to needs of individual customers
• Competitors information and activities
• Strategy feedback
• Training need identified

Requirements

• Relevant diploma in General/ Renal Nursing / Renal Technology Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Nephrology experience.
• Minimum 3 year experience in specialized Renal Nephrology / Renal Technical Equipment 
• ICU and Acute Dialysis experience is essential
• Sales Experience essential
• Driver’s licence
• Computer Literacy i.e. MS word, excel, pp, etc
