Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Service) to conceptualize and implement features that enhance the TakealotMORE subscription offering.
• Assist in defining and documenting user requirements and product specifications for new initiatives.
• Conduct customer research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement. 
• Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and competitive landscapes in loyalty and subscription services. 
• Monitor customer behavior and subscription metrics to identify areas for performance improvement.
• Present data-driven insights to the team to guide strategic decision-making. 
• Support the rollout of A/B tests to validate feature releases or improvements. 
• Help validate and test new features for takealotMORE across platforms (web, app, etc.). 
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress, learnings, and future recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
