Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Product, Customer Service) to conceptualize and implement features that enhance the TakealotMORE subscription offering.
- Assist in defining and documenting user requirements and product specifications for new initiatives.
- Conduct customer research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and competitive landscapes in loyalty and subscription services.
- Monitor customer behavior and subscription metrics to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Present data-driven insights to the team to guide strategic decision-making.
- Support the rollout of A/B tests to validate feature releases or improvements.
- Help validate and test new features for takealotMORE across platforms (web, app, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress, learnings, and future recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
Career Growth & Education
A degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or Computer Science is preferred for this technical graduate path.
