Minimum Qualifications / Experience
- Grade 12
- Diploma/Certificate in process, production, chemistry or equivalent
- SAP ERP, On Key
- Industrial Control Software (SCADA)
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Maintain master data (incl. production targets) into production Management operating system
- QA operator logs, accurately capture data from operator logs into management operating system. Compile Daily production management report and distribute to relevant supervisory staff
- Compile production department expenditure reports and distribute
- Ensure that daily production results are prepared for shift meetings
- Post production results on visual management boards
- Capture production data into SAP/OnKey, Capture BF loading data, Raise Sales invoices
- Minimise quality non-conformances
- Maintained Health and Safety standards. Maintain housekeeping standards • Comply with work rules, standards and methods. Take care to minimise waste
- Provide support to internal stakeholders on request
- Presenting and communicating information
- Coping with pressures and setbacks
- Understanding the company’s emergency procedures
- Understanding cement products
- Understanding environmental requirements, quality requirements, Occupational Health and Hygiene Hazards
