Job Description
- Our client, an established project management and construction company, is seeking a talented and creative Professional Architect to join their technical team in Polokwane.
- This is an immediate opportunity to take ownership of diverse architectural projects from concept through to completion, working directly with clients and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
Requirements:
Education:
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
Professional Registration:
- Current registration with the relevant professional body (SACAP)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a practicing Architect
- Proven project management experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and completed projects
Technical Skills:
- Excellent drawing and drafting capabilities
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
- Comprehensive knowledge of building products and construction details
- Understanding of relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Familiarity with building codes and statutory compliance requirements
