Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Up to 5 years’ relevant experience in a marketing and communications environment.
- Highly PC proficient.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A valid driver’s licence.
Key Performance Areas:
- Plan, develop, and implement all marketing strategies, communication, and public relations activities, both internal and external, for the Health Services department.
- Formulate and implement policies and procedures with Line and Specialised Health Management to ensure a positive image of the department using appropriate marketing tools.
- Develop, provide, and coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional materials, building awareness and goodwill between the department, facilities, the public, and internal departments.
- Ensure effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information related to the department’s programmes, events, and services is available to the public.
- Manage and control the financial functions of the department’s marketing projects and activities.
- Ensure efficient and effective administration and reporting related to the role.
