• Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education.

• 3 – 5 years Higher Education Teaching experience
• 5yrs Industry Experience
• 3 – 5 Coordination of teaching and learning activities
• An understanding of the current South African Higher Education regulatory framework and its impact on higher education and private colleges
