Programs (Implementation) Manager needed at Caterpillar Inc.

• As the Programs (Implementation) Manager you will work on key strategic projects involving internal teams, dealers and/or customers to solve pressing business needs – both short and long term
• Role Definition: Designs, implements, and maintains organizational programs in support of corporate strategy.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program.
• Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program; translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices.
• Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved.
• Managing all aspects of an organizational program to ensure projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):

• Postgraduate qualification preferred
• PMP certification will be advantageous
• Minimum of 8–10 years of commercial project or programs management experience – related to strategy implementation
• Ability to lead and oversee project roll-outs with a clear understanding of phasing and governance standards.
• Proven experience working within multinational organizations and across multiple territories
