• Macrotec Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Accountant to join our growing team in Ballito. As a key member of our finance department, you will work closely with our project team to ensure financial accuracy while contributing to successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial updates to project managers.
• Assist with resource allocation and financial planning for engineering projects
• Updating project plans and reports.
• Administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• No work experience requirement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
